Principle

Semi-automatic two heads pneumatic water filling machine piston filler. Driven by a cyliner and piston is made from materials with one-way valves control the flow of materials, and magnetic reed switch control cylinder itinerary can be regulated filling volume.

Rational design of the aircraft, model compact, easy to operate, are used pneumatic part of Germany and Taiwan AirTac FESTO the pneumatic components.

Materials are used 304 stainless steel materials, in line with the GMP requirements.

Filling volume and speed of filling can be arbitrary regulation, filling high accuracy.

Normally if you choose the 15-150ml,30-300ml,50-500ml,100-1000ml,we will send you the 12mm nozzle, and if you choose the 300-2600ml,500-3500ml,1000-5000ml.we will send you the 28mm nozzle,
